How I stopped emotional eating

Knowledge is power! We've all heard that one before but when it comes to food, losing weight and exercise it can be really tough to find a system that works for you and your body.

Wouldn't it be nice to figure out what works best for YOU specifically?! Well the best person to do this, is YOU! I know what you're don't know anything about fitness and nutrition, you don't know where to start, you can't figure this out on your own and you can't possibly afford to go to a nutritionist. Great News!! I have an answer!

It's called the 2B Mindset and exercise is not a requirement!

So what's this whole thing about? I'll tell ya! Lana Muhlstein is a registered dietician nutritionist and she created this program. She lost 100 pounds with this system and is helping tons more, including myself! I was very fortunate to be included in the test group for her program and in the video above I share my experience.

This system really does change your mindset and the way you look at food. It's a lifetime mindset change and you will end up having so the knowledge to create your own weight loss plan.
