Beach House Retreat - Day 2
Day 2 of our Beach House Retreat starting with a PiYo Workout on the Pool Deck over looking the lake!! Wait are you for real?! Yep! But not before I surprised them all with personalized yoga mats with the "Diamond Beach House Retreat" Tidal Wave Logo!!! Talk about a souvenir you can actually use and always remember where you got it :) Andrea led the workout and it was simply FUN and REFRESHING to sweat out a good time with friends in the most unbelievable scenic background EVER! I don't think I've sweat this much in my life...ever! #bringontheHEAT

Tessa had a breakfast spread fit for a princess...I mean seriously, are we at a hotel? Everything was simply delicious and so nice to just relax, eat and just BE...
Our afternoon was Virtual Training Calls with quite a line up followed by a day at the BEACH...
Virtual Training Calls
1) My Graphic Designer (Girlboss Graphix) who did my personal logo (kristina sullins) and my team logo (cultivating confidence) trained on simple graphic design using apps on your phone, how to build your brand and best practices as an entrepreneur! Fabulous!!
2) Chalene Johnson!!! This was a MOMENT if there ever was one?! I worked for Chalene for 7 years as a Presenter for her company Power Blue Productions back in 2006. So when I asked if she would do a training call on social media for my Leaders during my retreat, I didn't really expect her to say yes...but of course she did! She shared all the latest on IG, IG stories, busting myths, what's working and what's not on social. She delivered nearly 2 hours of mind blowing content...I mean seriously AHmazing!

Take me to the BEACH...so after our heads were about to pop off from AHA MOMENTS and new ideas plummeting our brains, we took a break and HIT the BEACH BABY!!!

Friday Night was our Fiesta Night at the House! Tessa made fajitas, the best guacamole and salsa ever and we hired a bartender to mix margaritas right at the house!!! We laughed and laughed...took selfies, shared stories, jumped in the pool and danced on deck till we about dropped. WHAT A DAY!!!
