#MBF and #MBFA

Muscle Burns Fat! It's true, the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism will be. One pound of muscle actually burns roughly 3x as many calories as a pound of fat!

Often times I will hear that women are afraid to lift weights and to go heavy because they don't want to get big or look bulky. I totally get it! But that's not actually what building lean muscle will do. It will make you look slimmer and toned opposed to big and bulky.

Our new programs #MBF and #MBFA are designed around this premise. To build muscle in order to lose fat and get a slim and fit physique. Take a look below in this quick preview with the trainer Megan Davies!

Here's how the program works and what you need.

The workouts are 25-40 minutes everyday. On Saturdays your workout will be a quick 25 minutes and on Sundays you will be doing an active recovery/stretching workout, also 25 minutes. Here's the calendar to get a better idea.

The equipment you will need is a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, a mat and BOD ropes. Now I know it's hard to get your hands on weights these days so you can definitely do these workouts without them or you can get creative using water bottles or a bottle of laundry detergent!

I know you might be a little confused because at the beginning I said #MBF and #MBFA. They are two different programs meant to be done back to back. #MBF is 3 weeks and then #MBFA-Muscle Burns Fat Advanced is another 3 weeks.
